Final Day to Request Mail-In Ballots Tomorrow

By Sam Miller
Tomorrow is the last date to register for a mail-in or absentee ballot for the May 18th primary. If you are going to request a mail-in or absentee, your County’s Board of Elections must receive the application by 5pm on Tuesday. The Wayne County Elections Office is located on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse in Honesdale, and the Pike Elections Office is on Broad Street in Milford. In-person voting is still on for the 18th as well for all registered voters who wish to vote in person. Normally, voters not affiliated with a party cannot vote in a Primary, but this election will feature four ballot questions that affect all Pennsylvanians. If you are a registered Pennsylvania voter, you can vote on those ballot issues on the 18th even if you are a registered independent.
