Lackawanna Woman Cited for Harassment in Pike County

A Lackawanna County woman has been charged with harassment in Pike County. According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Blooming Grove, an unnamed Newfoundland man called to report the harassment. Allegedly, the unnamed 45 year old woman called the victim over a dozen times between Thursday and Friday. The woman has an active Protection from Abuse order against the victim, which he said he was honoring by not contacting her. However, during the numerous calls she reportedly initiated, the woman threatened to have him arrested for violating the PFA. The victim told troopers he blocked multiple phone numbers she attempted to call him from. The woman has been cited.
