Man Arrested for Drug Paraphernalia After Traffic Stop

A Wilkes-Barre man was arrested for possible drug related items in Wayne County. 22 year old James Maloy was pulled over by Pennsylvania State Police troopers in Salem Township for a traffic stop investigation. During the stop, troopers allegedly found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Maloy is now facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
