159th Wayne County Fair

It’s official, the 159th Wayne County Fair is on. The fairgrounds, just north of Honesdale, will open for 9 days of family fun beginning Friday August 6th through Saturday the 14th for the much anticipated tradition. This year's fair will incorporate many longtime favorites, including the $10 pay one price wrist band that includes parking, rides, entertainment and most shows. Popular grandstand entertainment like Monster Trucks, Demolition Derbies and Harness Racing will be on the list of activities along with some new attractions. The Wayne County Fair celebrates the region's rich agricultural history with numerous exhibits, contests, and animal barns. The annual 4-H competition featuring animals raised by local kids is always a hit. The huge midway will again have over 20 big-time rides, a kiddie land section, games of chance and the best fair food. Visit the website at www.waynecounntyfair.com to see each day's entertainment. As well as Instagram and Facebook.
