Webinar on Japanese Knotweed

Residents can learn how to combat the invasive Japanese Knotweed during a free webinar in May presented by the Pike County Conservation District and The Lackawaxen River Conservancy. This instructional webinar will educate homeowners, landowners, and all environmentalists, on how to rid property of the weed. Vincent Cotrone from Penn State Extension will be presenting the instruction including manual removal and chemical control as well as a schedule for when to carry out this control on your property. All that register for this event, will also receive knotweed eradication schedule reminders and important updates on control. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 4:00-5:00pm via Zoom and will include a Q&A. Registration for this event is free but required to get the Zoom link.
